Property Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded, long-standing agency in the Strathfield area that truly values its people. With strong systems, a dedicated leasing team & a supportive office environment, this role allows you to focus on what you do best - delivering exceptional service to owners & tenants!

You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of between 150–200 properties depending on your experience, with responsibilities including owner & tenant communication, ingoings, outgoings, routine inspections, maintenance coordination & general portfolio management. Leasing is handled entirely by a separate team, giving you the time & space to manage your portfolio properly!

• An experienced Property Manager confident with end-to-end portfolio management
• Strong communication skills & a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable managing owners, tenants, maintenance & inspections
• Experience using PropertyTree, FlickItOver & Inspect Real Estate preferred
• A positive attitude & pride in delivering high-quality service
