This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Property Manager to join a well-established agency in Homebush operating within a structured pod system. With approximately 500 properties under management & consistent growth driven directly by the Principal, this is a stable, high-performing environment where teamwork truly matters!
The role is hands-on & varied, covering leasing, routine inspections, ingoing inspections, application processing & some outgoing inspections depending on experience. You’ll need to be flexible, proactive & willing to jump in to support fellow PMs when needed - this is a team-first culture!

Who we’re looking for:
• Certificate of Registration or Class II Licence (required)
• 2 years’ experience in Property Management
• Confident across leasing, routines & ingoings
• Organised, adaptable & team-oriented
• Comfortable using PropertyMe, InspectionExpress 360 & DocuSign
• Looking for a long-term role within a positive office culture
Working Monday–Saturday with either Friday or Tuesday off (5-day week), hours are 9:30am–6:00pm with flexibility around inspections.
