This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a boutique CBD agency managing some of Sydney’s most expensive and high-profile homes. The portfolio is tightly held, beautifully presented and located entirely within walking distance or an easy train/tram ride - no car required.

About the role
Manage approximately 180 premium residential properties across the CBD and city fringe. Work closely with a Senior Property Manager in a collaborative environment focused on service, structure and landlord retention.
Key responsibilities
Manage the portfolio end-to-end with confidence and professionalism
Conduct routine inspections, ingoings and leasing
Coordinate maintenance with reliable, trusted trades
Build strong relationships with high-profile landlords
Assist with new business and occasional weekend leasing when required
Skills & experience
Minimum 3 years’ end-to-end Property Management experience
Confident, well-groomed and articulate communicator
Professional presentation suited to high-end clientele
Organised, proactive and relationship-driven
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
Benefits & perks
$80k–$100k salary depending on experience
50% commission on self-generated new business
25% commission on warm/assisted leads
Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:30pm
