Senior Property Manager

Our well known and respected client located in Sydney’s prestigious Eastern suburbs are constantly recognized for their professionalism, consistent results and minimal staff turnover. This growing office is looking for a well-established Property Manager to join their high achieving team!
 
The Role:
 
Reporting to the Director, you will have your own portfolio of 150 perfectly maintained properties with the support of a Property Officer. Duties include:

• Maintain existing relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Develop relationships to bring in new business
• Manage arrears daily, management of bonds
• Attend Tribunal where required
• Arrange repairs and maintenance
• Organise lease reviews and renewals promptly
• Work with leasing consultants to prepare marketing of new rentals

The Candidate:

• At least 2-3 years’ Property management experience
• Current certificate of registration or license
• Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs local Area
• Fantastic organisational and people skills!
• A thorough knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act (2010)
• Knowledge of REST, MS Office and Filesmart
