Their property management team is a force to be reckoned with; with a strong work ethic that would rival any agency, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager who will come onboard and really compliment this elite team.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, this is a senior level role, so you will need to know your stuff and be ready to hit the ground running. With the support of a leasing officer and admin team, you can concentrate on looking after your landlords and tenants and manage the day to day needs of your portfolio.

The Role:
- Landlord and tenant client care
- Manage arrears
- Rental reviews and renewals
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Management of bonds
- Tribunal and insurance claims
- You will need to have property management experience at a senior level so you can hit the ground running
- Local Eastern Suburbs market knowledge would be great but not a requirement
- You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and your presentation must be immaculate
- Your ability to facilitate positive outcomes in all your dealings with landlords and tenants is critical
- You will have a high level of accountability and be able to meet diverse priorities whilst being responsive and flexible to changes
- You will be a team player and step in when and need be to help out your colleagues
