This is an incredible opportunity to work in a designer offices, moments from the beach and where you are surrounded with the most supportive team of experienced  Property Managers under the guidance of a super experienced and high energy department head.
 

The Position:

• Managing a neat portfolio of 180 properties.
• Conduct all aspects of Property Management
• Routine Inspections and Outgoing Inspections
• No leasing, No accounts, NO BDM
• Support from the admin team who assists with PM overflow.
• Monday to Friday only
• Opportunities for career development

 
The ideal Candidate:
 

• Must have previous experience in Property Management
• Will be a local Northern Beaches resident
• A current drivers license and Certificate of Registration
• Be high energy, outgoing and willing to be part of a team
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a thorough understanding of the current market
