Are you an experiencedSenior Property Manager who is passionate about Property Management and providing the highest level of customer service to Landlords in this prestige Lower North Shore Real Estate Agency.  This office places value on your expertise in Property Management and offers a supportive culture of growth, continuous learning, and the opportunity to unlock your potential not only as a Property Manager but also as a potential business leader.

The role:

As the Property Manager for this high-end portfolio of 70 properties, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of management. With an average rental of $1700 per week, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service to existing landlords and tenants. Additionally, you will play a role in connecting with new landlords and tenants for new business opportunities to keep evolving the business.


  • Run end to end portfolio of 70 Residential Properties
  • Property Management system is PropertyMe + IRE
  • Entering invoices for payment
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Renewals and rent reviews
  • Insurance claim and NCAT preparation/appearance
  • Business Development through Sales Team
The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in Property Management, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, as well as excellent business development skills. Confidence in utilising these skills is crucial for success in this role as well as the below.
  • High level of personal presentation 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Super organised and the ability to prioritise well
  • Proficient in CRM management ideally PropertyMe
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
