Property Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic and growing team? This thriving local Franchise Group is on the lookout for a results-driven professional to manage a residential portfolio and showcase their expertise property management services.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties with ease and professionalism.
• Enjoy a five-day work week with the occasional Saturday, only if required.
• Be supported by a dedicated leasing team handling all ingoings, allowing you to focus on just Property Management
• Utilise state-of-the-art property management software such as PropertyTree, Inspection Express, and Agent Box to streamline operations.
• Become an integral part of our 13-member strong Property Management team.
• Take advantage of free, easily accessible parking.
• Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Real Estate Certificate or License.
• Boast at least 3 years of experience in a senior Property Management role.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the residential tenancies act.
• Excellence in delivering top-notch customer service.
• Work collaboratively within a large Property Management team.
