The role:

• Managing a really well maintained portfolio of 170 properties
• All Landlord and tenant communication
• Manage arrears, renewals, reviews and vacates
• Repairs, Insurance & Bond claims
• No Leasing, No ingoings and NO routines
• Use of Property Tree & Inspection manager desirable
