- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties.
- All Landlord communication
- Outgoing and routine inspections
- QCAT lodgement and attendance
- Manage rental arrears
- Repairs and maintenance
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Be customer service focused
- Able to manage conflicting deadlines
- Hold QLD Certificate of Registration
- Have own reliable car
- Be immaculately groomed; first impressions count
- High level of verbal & written communication skills
