Property Manager

Join a thriving Franchise Group as a Senior Property Manager! We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee a residential portfolio with approximately 200 properties. If you're ready to showcase your expertise in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you.


The Role:

• Closely manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties.
• Enjoy a Monday - Friday role, with the very occasional Saturday.
• Work alongside a dedicated leasing team, managing all of your ingoings.
• Become an integral part of a 13-member strong Property Management team.

Key Qualifications:

• Real Estate Certificate or License required.
• 3 years' experience in a Senior Property Management role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of Property Tree, Inspection Express and Agent Box preferable.
