They seek a Property Manager to join their team of four, managing a rent roll of over 300. The role:

• Loads of ongoing training from inspiring leaders
• Manage a portfolio of 150 Resi properties
• Work Monday to Friday
• Landlord communication
• Periodic inspections
• Rental arrears
• Some repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Great levels of communication skills (written ad verbal)
• High level of personal presentation (first impressions count)
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
• Customer service focused, able to manage conflicting deadlines
• Hold QLD Certificate of Registration, have own reliable car
