As the new Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 50 properties, with endless opportunities to take on new management as brought in by the Business Development Manager. We're searching for someone with ideally 2 years as a Property Manager and some understanding of PropertyMe, Airtable, and Inspection Express. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In return, you'll earn a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 per annum, performance-based KPI bonuses, access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and a fun office environment led by a supportive Senior Property Manager and Department Head.
