Join a thriving real estate group as a Senior Property Manager! We are searching for an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties. If you have strong experience in a Senior Property Management role, possess a Real Estate Certificate or License, and have in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, we want to hear from you.
This office has a great work-life balance, and most property managers have been in the business for more than 10 years. You will have a dedicated leasing team and an accounts team to help you. You will be part of a Property Management team of 13 people. Your role will be Monday through Friday, with a very occasional Saturday if needed and time off in lieu will be given (maybe one every 6 weeks)
You be a Property Manager with great customer service skills, teamwork skills, and knowledge of Property Tree, Inspection Express, and Agent Box (preferable). You will work independently without micromanagement and have the option to work from home one day a week after probation.
