A fantastic opportunity has come our way for a Senior Property Manager with one of the top PM departments in the East, located in the highly sought-after heart of Eastern Beaches area. The job entails the day-to-day management of 180 high-end residential managements, landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs/renovations, and tribunal attendance. You'll work with PropertyMe and Inspection Manager, and there's no need to worry about accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections.
To secure this amazing role, you need to have previous Senior Property Management Industry experience, a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, and a reliable car with a current NSW Driver's License.
