About the client:

About the role:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Respond to leasing enquiries
- Open for inspections and private inspections
- Process tenant applications and references
- Updating landlords and nurturing tenants
- Inducting new tenants to their home
- Photography appointments and advertising
- Monday to Saturday role with one day off during the week
- Previous Real estate experience preferred
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration essential
- Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Proactive | can-do attitude | motivation | reliability
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Prepared to go the extra mile for clients and the team
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- Experience with PropertyTree and Agentbox is highly desirable!
- Experienced team with full training and support provided
- Collaborative team environment

- Salary package to $60,000
