Property Officer

Located in the heart of North Sydney 2060, this well-established and vibrant agency is looking for a Property Officer to join their ever-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity which will see you working for one the most successful North Sydney agencies in the industry.
 
This agency are looking for someone who is positive, driven and has their eyes set on a long term career in Property Management. The role:
 

• Organise repairs and maintenance
• Process applications
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
• Prepare and promote properties available for leasing
• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Assisting the Property Managers as required

 
About you:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in Real Estate is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-groomed and well-spoken
• A great attitude and willing to learn!
• Must have Certificate of Registration
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
