Property Officer

Located in the bustling heart of Darlinghurst 2010, this young, vibrant and boutique agency is looking for a Property Officer to join their growing team. Since opening in 2015, this team has made consistent strides and developed long-term relationships with its clientele to form its place in Darlinghurst. This agency is looking for someone who is positive, driven, precise and has a strong admin background as the role will be very admin heavy. If you have experience in customer service and are looking to move, this is for you. The role:
 

• Organising/preparing Keys
• Preparing lease agreements
• Repairs and Maintenance
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections
• Supporting the Property Management team
• Conducting inspections and holding open homes
• Assessing and processing tenancy agreements
• Arranging advertising of properties

 
About you:
 

• Strong attention to detail and well organised
• Well-groomed and well-spoken
• Strong admin background advantageous
• A great attitude and willing to learn!
• Understading of the systems Propertyme, Inspection express advantageous
• Must have Certificate of Registration
• Must be able to work the occasional Saturday
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
