This role will see you working one on one with the Department Head where you will be jointly working on a portfolio of 100 Residential properties. - In-going inspection reports
- Booking property maintenance
- Tenant liaison

- Periodic & outgoing inspections

- Tenancy reviews and renewals
- Current Certificate of Registration or currently enrolled
- At least 6 months Real Estate Industry experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to listen and learn and ask questions
- Strong written communication skills, good attention to detail
- Current driver's license and reliable car
