Your role will have you working side by side with a Senior Property Manager with 260 properties, where you will do the ongoing inspections, periodic inspections, repairs and maintenance, and assist with any tenancy enquiries.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum, Friday drinks at 4:30 pm, and monthly social events, making this a fun and social workplace environment that fosters great friendships.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
