Our incredible clients jumped the border early in 2022 and opened a new division of their hugely successful Sydney offices in beautiful Miami Beach. Expansion has happened much faster than they thought and they’re now looking to add a new Property Officer to their team.
The Role
You will be assisting with the management of a 300-strong portfolio, working directly under the Property Manager and Department Head. Your daily responsibilities will include inspections, daily tenant communication and managing rental arrears, using the latest software systems; Property Me, Inspection Manager and IRE.
As you absorb the hands-on training provided, your skillset will develop alongside your daily duties. Watch as your career blossoms at a rapid pace!

Requirements
- A Real Estate License or Certificate
- A reliable car and current driver's license
- At least 12 months’ experience as a Property Officer/Leasing Consultant.
