A residential property group, with over 30 years of dedication to their clients. This office manages everything from investments, rentals, home loans and more; a close knit team who work to support each other.
The Role
You will be the go-to person for assisting a property manager with their portfolio, from leasing to inspections, to tenant enquiries and general admin. If you have at least 6 months of experience, a Certificate of Registration and an eagerness to develop into a successful Property Manager over time, then this role could be for you!
In this position, you will get first-hand experience on what goes into running a successful residential portfolio, by the time you're ready to progress you'd be able to do it with your eyes closed! To complete your tasks, you'll be using the industries most popular systems such as Property Tree, Docusign and Inspection Manager.

- A valid drivers license and your own car.
- Be available to work on Saturdays, with a rostered day off during the week
- Knowledge of the local area
- Be up to scratch with current legislation
