The role:
- Work in a team of 4 in Property Management
- Full time mentor from the Senior PM you will work beside
- Carry out all routines, periodics, assist with repairs alongside another Assistant PM
- Leasing and tenancy management
- Work with the tenants on this portfolio
- Monday – Saturday with a day off
- PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
- Chance to progress to Property Manager within 2 years
