Upper North Shore Location

Are you ready to take your property career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Officer with 6-12 months of experience to join a friendly, community-focused team on the Upper North Shore.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage property inspections, applications, and leasing agreements along with routine inspections
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in a professional and caring manner

What we’re looking for:

• 6-12 months of relevant experience in leasing or property management
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License holder
• A reliable car for travel and Saturday availability
• A mature, professional approach with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
