What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting 4 Senior Property Managers with portfolio administration & client care
• Conducting routine inspections, coordinating repairs, & managing lease renewals
• Helping to oversee portfolios during staff leave, gaining real management exposure
• Assisting with leasing tasks including open homes, tenant applications, & reference checks

About you:

• At least 1 years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related role
• Strong communication & customer service skills, with a professional approach
• Well organised & eager to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, plus driver’s licence & reliable car
