Real Estate Consultant

If you are looking for a change of direction in your real estate career, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate consultant to work within a friendly and dynamic team. This role will allow you to showcase your real estate knowledge and make long lasting professional connections by applying your exceptional communication skills and experience.

The Role:

• Respond quickly and appropriately to phone and email enquiries
• Maintain CRM database of enquiries and follow up as appropriate
• Maintain and expand professional knowledge of real estate industry
• Prepare analytical reports and advice for management
• Attend events, provide training and aassist the Marketing team
• Prepare policy matters and submissions, provide advice and address issues and queries

Skills & Experience:

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Strong understanding of industry practice, having worked in many areas of real estate, including (without limitation) property management and sales
• Experience in strata and/or commercial an advantage
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain and provide solutions
• Ability to answer oral and written queries concisely, clearly, and quickly
• Sound negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Min 10 years real estate experience
• NCAT experience and a detailed knowledge of legislation
