Working closely with all stakeholders, no two days will ever be the same in this busy and varied role! This role will require someone who is dedicated, hardworking and like the rest of their team believe in delivering simply the very best in customer service


  • General front office management of reception area
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Assisting with and directing enquiries
  • Administration support to all office departments
  • Database building & maintenance 
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment and filing correspondence

About you:
  • A keen interest in the Real Estate industry
  • Be punctual, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy
  • Impeccable presentation at all times
  • A team player who loves helping others
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Applications 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A current Certificate of Registration and/or working towards one is ideal
