Due to the departure of their long stanidng Receptionist we are now on the lookout for a Front Office Manager / Receptionist to become a part of this work family and to not only manage front of office but support the sales and PM departments as needed. No 2 days will ever be the same in this Monday to Friday role and during your lunch break take in the harbour and space around our great CBD!

The role:
- Managing the front of house reception area
- Answering inbound calls are responding to email enquiries
- Assist with brochure preparation
- Maintain window displays at front of office
- Updating and loading properties onto portals
- Rent & sales receipting and disbursements
- Back up PM and Sales as required
- Have at least 12 months previous Real Estate exp
- Be confident on Property Tree & Filesmart
- Hold a certificate of registration/ Real Estate licence
- Be corporately presented with sound communication skills
- Have great attention to detail & highly organsied
- Be looking for a long term role
- A pure Monday- Friday 9am-5pm role
