We are looking for a dynamic receptionist to become the voice and face of this prestige Lower North Shore office!

If you are a highly polished and professional individual looking to start their career in Real Estate, this is the perfect role for you! 

Working with this award winning agency in Mosman, you will take control of their front of house and support their property management and sales team with all their administrative needs.

The Job:

Each day will be varied and interesting and will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for clients or customers over the phone
  • Providing the highest level of friendly customer service possible
  • Meeting and greeting clients and assisting with walk-in enquiries
  • Providing full admin support to the property management team
  • Providing general admin suport to the sales and admin teams 
  • Maintaining reception area and general office in clean and tidy order
  • Preparing board rooms for client meetings
  • Co-ordinating the ordering and receiving of stationery supplies
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and any maintenance and repair requirements

Candidate Must Haves: 
  • A bubbly, friendly personality
  • A proactive attitude 
  • Polished presentation
  • Ability to communicate with high end clientele
  • An interest in the Real Estate industry
  • A certificate of registration or willingness to obtain immediately
  • 2 + years experience in a customer service or admin based role
