This office requires an experienced Receptionist or Office Administrator to support their busy team. The Role:

This is the perfect role for a receptionist or administrator currently working within the real estate industry. The role would include:
  • Act as first point of contact to the business
  • Respond to phones, walk ins and emails.
  • Keep front office neat and tidy at all times
  • Assist with all aspects of sales and marketing administration
  • Assist with property management administration
  • Provide operational support to the Director
  • Database management and reporting
  • Ad hoc admin duties such as mail, ordering office supplies
Experience and skills required:
  • Immaculate presentation and professional manner
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience in a real estate agency
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Supportive team player
  • Proactive and hardworking attitude
