Our client is looking for a bright, bubbly and very customer centric Office Administrator/ Receptonist to join their team. Located in the cosmopolitan suburb of Prymont in a beautiful harbourside location, our client puts your growth first, investing and supporting in your future real estate career. In this role you will be the first person our clients meet when entering our office.

With internal progression and ongoing growth, they are looking for a front office manager/ Team administrator to join their team. Opportunity for someone wanting to start their real estate career with one of the most well regarded real estate offices.  

If you are courteous, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease, this role will be perfect for you.

The role will include:
  • Be the front of house for our client
  • Provide property management admin support
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner                              
  • Monitor and manage the cleanliness of reception and general
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Keep the Reception and Office areas tidy at all times
  • Assist sales team in preparing for presentations, auctions and open homes
  • Processing listings and sales documentation
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Assist the agents with admin adhoc tasks
  • Arrange internal office functions and events

  • Excellent computer, organisation & administration skills
  • Real Estate experience is not essential but highly desirable!
