As the new Receptionist / Sales Administrator your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Being the voice and face of this prominent agency
- Meeting and greeting clients in a confident & professional manner
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Assisting with the sales team and learning the sales processes
- Preparing sales advices and open packs
- Preparing marketing
The ideal candidate:
- Someone with previous customer service skills who is ready to step into Real Estate
- Must have great attention to detail
- Confident on Word and confident in learning CRM systems
- Immaculate presentation
- Able to follow instructions & processes
- Ideally be close to finishing NSW Certificate of Reg or already have it
- Can start ASAP!
