What you’ll be doing:
- Managing existing client relationships and nurturing new ones
- Reverse marketing top-tier candidates to a warm client base
- Managing active job briefs from day one
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and all stages of the recruitment process
- Collaborating closely with your team and support crew to ensure seamless delivery
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Real Estate – sales, leasing, Property Management, or operations
- Recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A natural communicator with excellent follow-through
- Ambition, energy, and a “get it done” mindset
- Confidence managing job offers and closing deals
- Sharp attention to detail and a love for building relationships
- $80,000 base salary + super + phone + laptop
- Hot desk with active clients & roles – earn from day one
- Excellent commission structue paid monthly – OTE $150k+
- 1 days WFH after your first 3 months
