About the role:

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow established client relationships
- Reverse market high-calibre candidates to existing agencies
- Run active residential real estate job briefs end-to-end
- Coordinate interviews, offers and salary negotiations
- Drive consistent billing and pipeline activity
- 5+ years’ experience in real estate (sales, leasing, PM or operations)
- Recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded and comfortable negotiating outcomes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- up to $90,000 base salary + phone + laptop
- Above-market commission structure (OTE $150k+)
- Established hot desk with active clients and roles
- Two days WFH after 3 months
- Clear career progression with long-term profit share potential
