The Role:
- Ingoing/outgoing/routine inspections
- Leasing
- Repairs
- Tenancy Management
- Arrears Management
- Lease renewals
The ideal candidate:
- Will have minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a residential Property manager is required
- Has a sound understanding of the relevant laws and Act
- Is always immaculately presented
- Holds excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Is highly organised and ability to multitask
- A current Certificate of Registration, reliable car and clean Driver’s license
