The Role:
- Monday – Friday
- Assist State Manager with day-to-day administration tasks
- Assist with exchanges and settlements
- Schedule meetings and maintain diary management
- Ad hoc office administration as required
- Customer service skills.
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills
- Have amazing attention to detail
- Some property experience is desirable (around 6 months)
- Valid certificate of Registration would be desirable
- No Saturdays
- Enjoy a good work-life balance
