The Role:
- Monday – Friday
- Assist State Manager with day-to-day administration tasks
- Assist with exchanges and settlements
- Schedule meetings and maintain diary management
- Ad hoc office administration as required
- At least 1-2 years administration or customer service experience
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Some property experience is desirable but not essential
- A valid Certificate of Registration is desirable but not essential
- No Saturdays
