Are you a sales & marketing administrator looking to work close to home on the Upper Northshore suburb of Pymble? Do you have a can-do attitude, team player, ambition, loves to achieve goals & can work in a fast-moving always changing environment. Having experienced continual and consistent success, this million-dollar agent is growing their team with a clearly defined long-term strategy in place.

Operating in a small team, this role is pivotal to the success of this agent and their squad! You will be an absolute expert in driving team outcomes, managing multiple responsibilities effortlessly, handling competing priorities and expectations and most importantly having fun while you do it!  

A confident decision maker with a proactive mindset, your ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them reliably and efficiently, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and making judgement decisions on behalf of the team will be the forefront to your success in this role.  
 
The Role:
  • Support the lead agent so they can focus, purely on listing and selling
  • Create & manage branding marketing campaigns with the support of the client services manager
  • Oversee team performance and drive accountability and focus
  • Facilitate workflow for all property campaigns with the admin and marketing team
  • Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
  • Workshopping creative new ideas and marketing content for the team
  • Event management including community and sponsorship initiatives
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports
  • Handle all media enquiries and guest speaker presentations
  • Business and personal administration and errands
 
 
Skills & Experience:
  • You are outgoing, incredibly efficient with the ability to drive outcomes
  • Social media and tech savvy
  • Oversea and sit across the sales process for the team
  • You have proven experience in a similar role and in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable making judgment decisions and take the initiative when something needs to be escalated.
  • You have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, be adaptable and maintain confidentiality
  • You will be calm under pressure, have exceptional planning skills and organisational ability, attention to detail and natural ability to "read" the person you support
  • You will be resourceful and flexible
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
