Sales Associate

The Role

Working in a very busy office & supporting the principal your day to day will include:

• Prospecting & call sessions
• Buyer management
• Open homes midweek and Saturdays
• Database management
• Liaising with purchasers, vendors, and solicitors
• Management of sales campaigns
• Vendor campaign reporting

 
You will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an associate
• A current driver’s licence & car
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Excellent personal presentation
• A genuine passion for real estate
• Aspirations to work as a standalone agent
• A willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude
• Highly organised & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

 
What’s on offer?

You will be offered an above market base salary (up to $65’000 + Super) and highly attractive remuneration package including an excellent commission structure plus percentages of listings sold. Working and being mentored by the leading agent you will be supported and guided on your career progression into an agent.
