What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with the Principal to list and sell properties, achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Proactively prospect and generate leads to build your own network
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Maintain and manage the client database
- Handle buyer inquiries and manage follow-ups
- Attend photoshoots and key appointments as required
- Delegate tasks to the Team Assistant to streamline operations
- $70,000 base salary + commission incentives

- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales experience in real estate (preferred)
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
- Immaculate presentation to cater to a high-end clientele
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney real estate market
- A car and valid driver’s license
- Full-time role, Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) with a weekday off
- Lower North Shore location
