The Role:
- Be involved in the complete sales process
- Lead generation, prospecting and door knocking
- Listing presentations and appraisal preparation
- Open for inspections and buyer appointments
- Buyer enquiries and call backs
- Database management
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
- A true passion for real estate sales!
- Experience as a lead generator or in a business development role
- Local Upper North Shore market knowledge favourable
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- You love networking and have no issues with hitting the streets and door knocking
- Tenacity, resilience, and drive are all essential
- Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence mandatory
- Out of industry applicants with relevant experience will be considered
