Role:
Reporting to the Director & General Manager, each day will be action packed with a variety of responsibilities. Some of the duties of the Sales Lead Generator include:
- Generate new leads and business with a high volume of outbound calls
- Create and nurture client relationships
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Database management
- Prospecting in the local Northern Beaches area
- Assist with open homes and open for inspections
- Attend regular skills and systems training
- Are passionate and hungry about a long term career in Real Estate sales
- Have excellent communication skills and are a natural at building rapport
- Have a ‘get it done’ attitude and show initiative
- Hold a current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration
- Have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ Real Estate experience
- Must have full driver’s license and reliable car
