The Role:

As a Property Strategist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new investors, helping them:

• Qualify their investment readiness & financial position
• Build rapport quickly and guide them through onboarding
• Understand the fundamentals of cash flow, yield, growth & long-term strategy
• Develop tailored investment pathways before handing clients to senior strategists
• Collaborate with finance, research & acquisitions teams to ensure seamless client progression
• Maintain strong communication and ongoing client relationships

What You Bring

• Background in real estate sales, property investment, buyer’s advocacy, mortgage broking or similar
• Strong grasp of investment principles and wealth creation basics
• Confident communicator who loves educating, advising & problem-solving
• Strategic thinker with resilience and drive
• Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Ability to work onsite in the CBD Monday–Friday
