About the role:
Your day will be busy and varied managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties with the help of a designated property officer. You will also have additional support from a front desk administrator. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the property management department
Overseeing your own individual portfolio of 120
Attending Inspections, routines, ingoings/outgoings
Managing arrears & rental reviews
Liaising with both Tenants and Landlords
Property Officer support
Repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors
Tribunal attendance and preparation
Skills and Experience needed:
You will be a positive and motivated individual who constantly looks to challenge yourself in your career path. This agency offers genuine growth opportunities and career progression. The role will require the following from you;
A minimum 4 years property management experience
A solid working knowledge of the Act and recent updates
Current Real Estate License or working towards transitioning from COR
Car & driver’s license
Superior organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication skills
A positive “can-do” attitude
