The Role:
This property management team is a force to be reckoned with; with a strong work ethic that would rival any agency, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager who will come onboard and really compliment this elite team.
- Manage your own portfolio of 180 properties
- Landlord and tenant client care
- Manage arrears
- Rental reviews and renewals
- Organise repairs and maintenance
- Ingoing, periodic and outgoing inspections
- Management of bonds
- Tribunal and insurance claims
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Experience using REST and Inspection Manager is favourable but not essential
- Local Inner West market knowledge is highly desirable!
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is well presented in Corporate attire at all times
- Is confident liasing with landlords and able to keep calm in difficult situations
- Work for a business that lives and breathes their core values
- Admin and leasing support provided
- Monday to Friday only
- Mobile phone provided for work purposes
- Stylish office located in the heart of shops and cafes
- Salary package up to $85,000 plus commissions for new business
