Currently looking for an experienced and outstanding Senior Property Manager to join their efficient team. A well-managed portfolio of properties with the opportunity to lead the department working alongside this people focused principal.
The role:
Working within a strong team, you will be running the day to day management of this department whilst managing a portfolio. This is an opportunity to grow with this tidy portfolio and some of your tasks will include:
Repairs & maintenance management
Liaising with landlords
Arrears management
Conduct rental reviews and lease renewals
Oversee the department
Mentor and ongoing training for the team
Business Development
Handle any escalated issues or problems
Update systems and procedures in the department
Client relationship management
Tribunal preparation & attendance
The ideal candidate:
To be considered for this role will be required to have at least 3 years experience in Residential Property Management as a senior property manager. You will be immaculately presented, an outstanding communicator across multiple demographics and a creative, self-motivated thinker. Other essentials for this role are:
Be proficient in using Property Tree
Be a career Property Manager & team player
Current certificate of registration or licence
A current drivers licence + reliable car
Strong knowledge of the ACT
Positive & ambitious attitude
