Their property management team is a force to be reckoned with; with a strong work ethic that would rival any agency, we are looking for a senior property manager who will come onboard and really compliment this elite team.

Managing a portfolio of 180 properties, this is a senior level role, so you will need to know your stuff and be ready to hit the ground running.  With the support of a leasing officer and admin team, you can concentrate on looking after your landlords and tenants and manage the day to day needs of your portfolio.

 The Role:

  • Landlord and tenant client care

  • Manage arrears

  • Rental reviews and renewals

  • Organise repairs and maintenance

  • Ingoing, periodic and outgoing inspections

  • Management of bonds

  • Tribunal and insurance claims

The Candidate:

  • You will need to have property management experience at a senior level so you can hit the ground running

  • If you have used REST and Inspection Manager software that would be favourable, although training can be provided

  • Local Inner West market knowledge would be great!

  • You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and your presentation must be immaculate

  • Your ability to facilitate positive outcomes in all your dealings with landlords and tenants is critical

  • You will have a high level of accountability and be able to meet diverse priortiies whilst being responsive and flexible to changes

  • You will be a team player and step in when and need be to help out your colleagues

  • You will have the support of a leasing consultant and administrator to assist you with your day to day responsibilities

  • This is a Monday to Friday role, except for the occasional Saturday for leasing overflow

  • You will be rewarded with an attractive base up to $85,000 with commissions for new business, plus a mobile phone you can use for work purposes
