I’m working with a fantastic, close-knit agency in the Mount Druitt area that’s looking for a confident Senior Property Manager to take charge of a well-run portfolio and join a team that truly cares for their people.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s ready for a fresh start in a positive, professional environment — with strong support, career progression, and plenty of perks built in.

The Role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of 200 properties
• Full end-to-end responsibilities — no leasing or routine inspections
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Oversee repairs, lease renewals, compliance, and arrears
• Work in a newly refurbished office with secure onsite parking

  What You Bring:

• At least 4 years’ experience in property management
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Good understanding of NSW legislation & PropertyMe (or similar)
• Reliable car + valid driver’s licence
• A calm, solutions-focused attitude and team-first approach
