Your Day-to-Day:

• End-to-end management of your portfolio (with admin support where needed)
  
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  
  
• Handling maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and rental reviews
  
  
• Staying on top of compliance and arrears

We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ solid experience in property management
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
