Senior Property Manager

We’re searching for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take charge of a diverse portfolio in Pyrmont. If you're confident in handling maintenance, arrears, and client relationships, and ready for a role with great autonomy, this could be the opportunity for you!

The Role:

• Manage 230 residential properties which is mix of residential and commercial
  
  
• Take ownership of maintenance requests, arrears management, lease renewals, and client communication
  
  
• Properties are primarily walking distance from the office
  
  
• Work with a strong suite of tech: Property Tree, Agent Box, Docusign, Inspection Manager

We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years’ property management experience
  
  
• Strong arrears management and maintenance coordination skills
  
  
• A proactive, organised approach to managing a busy portfolio
  
  
• Knowledge of Property Tree preferred (training can be provided)
  
  
• Current COR or Class 2 Licence essential
